creepy english class :)

Right now, we’re studying creepypasta in English class. More specifically, the Slender Man creepypasta.

First, what is creepypasta? The Wikipedia entry: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Creepypasta. Then, a list of the most well-known stories: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_creepypastas. There’s also a comprehensive fan wiki: https://creepypasta.fandom.com/wiki/Creepypasta_Wiki.Next, the reference URL for creepypasta: https://www.creepypasta.com/ . Finally, a site of « creepypasta » stories with a button to choose one at random: https://www.creepypastastories.com/the-death-cruise/ .

Next, let’s move on to one of the most well-known: Slender Man https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slender_Man. And to draw inspiration from my English teacher’s document (which is very good), the article that explains « How a horror story becomes a legend »: https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/the-intersect/wp/2014/06/03/the-complete-terrifying-history-of-slender-man-the-internet-meme-that-compelled-two-12-year-olds-to-stab-their-friend/.

The page of Slender Man creator’s, Victor Surge (real name: Eric Knudsen): https://www.deviantart.com/victor-surge

Creepypasta is definitely creepy. More seriously, it reminds us that we shouldn’t believe everything we find on the internet or elsewhere.

I hope you enjoyed this article, and see you next time for more 😉
